The Gold Tone Gold Plated OB-2JM Joe Mullins Signature Model with vintage Mastertone Bowtie inlay features a special lightweight pot assembly and custom features.

This lighter weight Mastertone style banjo has a specially designed pot assembly to not weigh as much as your typical heavy bluegrass banjo with a Flathead tone ring. It's more like the 1930's Gibson RB-100 that were lighter weight. Gold Tone and Joe Mullins worked on the design together to have a lighter weight option that still delivered the tone a professional banjo player needs but save the backs of us banjo players!

The OB-2JM by Gold Tone comes with lifetime warranty which is TRANSFERABLE if you sell the banjo later too.
