I just want you to know that I will do everything I can to help you, and to choose the right banjo for you. I enjoy helping customers and it feels good to put my many years of experience to work for the benefit of others. I've been playing and teaching banjo most of my life and have had my finger on the pulse of everything related to banjo for many years. Buying a banjo can be a life changing experience and you want to make the right choices. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions and remember it's ok to call me.

You can place your order online or call me anytime 10 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week.
I personally answer all calls and if I am on the other line, I return calls promptly.
Callers can also choose another DVD or substitute free items.
If you choose to place your order online you could email or call after you purchase to work out any details or questions you may have about your order. We're here to help and we enjoy it. That's what we do. Your call will not be sent to a computer, answered in India or answered by someone working for minimum wage that has no expertise with banjos or student needs.

Banjos all Professionally Set-Up before being shipped
The Banjos are shipped directly to you professionally set up and ready to play. They also include a manufacturer warranty and are always shipped fully insured. All banjos have either a 5 year factory warranty or a lifetime factory warranty.

The large corporate chains don't ship their banjos set up and ready to play. Their employees don't play banjo and know nothing about them. Banjos are All Free U.S. Shipping BUT if you order additional items such as picks or strings at the same time that are not Free US Shipping shipping cost could be added for only those items by the shopping cart. If that causes any concern with regard to ordering please call me and I will likely adjust any additional shipping costs. Setting up a shopping cart with free shipping on one item and not on another is not always possible.

When ordering other items when ordering a Banjo
Some Books, DVDs, or accessories that are included with the banjos may come separately. Don't be alarmed if one arrives before the other. you will be sent different tracking numbers for any item shipped separately.

Banjo Sales Cancellation Policy
If it's not a warranty issue and you simply want to return the banjo, I'll gladly refund your money, all that I ask is that I recover the costs I incurred in selling you the banjo. Since Banjo's are shipped free, if a banjo was to be returned for a reason other than a warranty issue, deducted from the refund would be the shipping costs to and from and a $25 banjo set up cost. Any custom options added like 5th string capo spikes or a zero glide nut would not be eligible for refund either.

Tracking
We send out tracking emails for banjos and also a separate tracking of there is an item shipped separately from the banjo.

Shipping Time
Banjos are all set up first and are normally shipped within 2-3 business days. If there are any separately shipped items they go out the day after ordering. Feel free to call us anytime to get an ETA either before or after you order!

Banjos are shipped fully insured by UPS or Fed Ex

Banjos come set up and ready to play
Each banjo is played before it leaves the shop! Along with the strict quality control and the banjos being checked very carefully before being shipped, each banjo is given a 12 point inspection, full head tuning, setup and will arrive tuned and ready to play.
