Its humbucking design provides a realistic banjo tone, deep bass response, and does not require a preamp. Goldtone's newly designed MSP+ conveniently connects to both single and dual coordinator rod set ups and easily slides toward the neck of the bridge to adjust tonality. The pickup bracket is designed to place the pickup any distance from the banjo head. The SMP+ does not require soldering or unnecessary modifications to the rim.
