Gold Tone EB-5 Electric Banjo - Best Low Priced Electric Banjo 


The EB-5 has a strong onstage presence. The banjo tone is generated by a custom Remo pre-tuned eight-inch banjo head that never needs re-tensioning, providing enhanced tuning stability. The contour-carved mahogany body and Canadian maple neck make for a nicely balanced instrument that won't be a burden after long sets. The stacked humbucking pickup is highly feedback-resistant and our heavy Terminator tailpiece accept ball-end or loop-end strings. Available as left-handed model.

This new electric banjo by Gold Tone is amazing, I can't believe how good it sounds acoustically to start with and then you plug it in, wow. I can't believe there is an electric banjo out there in this price range. It's very stable, plays in tune up and down the neck and has the high D octave 24 fret neck.
