He gave me the best price that I found anywhere online and I received it promptly. I ordered it on a Thursday and received it the following Monday; pristine, set up and ready to play. I was astonished at how well it played, how loud it was and the overall clarity of tone. It rings like a bell. Compared to my old "beginner" banjo, the difference was nothing short of astonishing! I've been nothing but pleased with it and with the service that Ross has given. I highly recommend both.
