Well as much as I tried and wanted the book to perfect and mistake free, I've found a few places where things weren't keyed in correctly. As I promised in the book, I'm putting up a page for updates and corrections.

I apologize for the mistakes. I hope by posting them it will erase any confusion you have if you come across them.

We've corrected them and they are available in PDFs that you can download and print out below.
